2-10 business days. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3 working days from order made. We use Royal Mail services; 1st Class, 2nd Class and 48 Tracked (depending on order).

Delivery to Europe in 3-10 business days and rest of World in 6-12 business days.
International Tracked & Signed
Delivery to Europe in 3-10 business days and rest of World in 6-12 business days, Tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and signature on delivery.
Please note that if you do not order Tracked & Signed for International Shipping then we cannot be held for any lost items, nor replace them.
When to contact us when your order hasn't arrived
UK: 14 working days
International: 20 working days

Rest of World:
International Tracked & Signed: £7.99
The above will depend on your order, if the checkout isn't showing any option for delivery, please split your order into two as it will be too heavy to post.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have been shipped, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country it is being shipped too.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item from us, please drop us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org along with an image of the item/s clearly showing the damage or faulty part. We understand parcels can get damaged in transit, so we will do our best to assist you where we can.
